Industry First! Rakuten General Insurance launches AI Avatar into Auto Insurance Estimation Service

Rakuten General Insurance has introduced an industry-first AI Avatar (beta version) into its "Drive Assist" personal auto insurance estimation simulation. The AI Avatar's interactive experience aims to reduce user hesitation towards online insurance enrollment. Rakuten General Insurance is actively utilizing AI in other areas as well, and new internet sales from January to March 2025 have increased significantly, up 34% compared to the same period last year.
